Description:
* WHAT...Flooding continues following heavy rainfall before and
during Tropical Storm Helene.
* WHERE...Laurens County, South Carolina.
* WHEN...Until 1030 PM EDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 830 AM EDT, gauge reports indicated the Enoree River near
Woodruff remained at flood stage. The river likely is
covering most of a tree farm and a pumping station on the
farm is flooded. Parts of Beaverdam Church Rd have likely
flooded, along with Kilgore Bridge Road, which crosses the
Enoree. The river is receding but will take until at least
Saturday evening to drop below flood stage.

Instruction:
