* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of southern Cabarrus County, North Carolina. * WHEN...Until 200 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 841 AM EDT, Flooding along the Rocky River will linger today. Due to excessive ongoing runoff the river had risen above flood stage. The river level at the gage near the Irish Buffalo Creek confluence crested yesterday evening and is now slowly receding, but the river remains above flood stage. Parts of Route 200, Mount Pleasant Road, and Bonanza Drive may be flooded. Dutch Buffalo Creek may be flooding Bowman Barrier Rd. Hopewell Church Road may also be flooded. Other select tributataries in the Harrisburg area will remain flooded in low lying areas. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
