At Dickey Ferry, water begins to approach homes near the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:45 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 17.8 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 10:45 AM EDT Saturday was 17.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 19.8 feet tomorrow morning.
