Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring. * WHERE...Ocmulgee River at GA 18 at Dames Ferry. * WHEN...From this afternoon until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, minor flooding of woodlands in the natural flood plain begins along the river.
