* WHERE...A portion of east Tennessee, including the following
counties, Cocke, Greene and Hamblen.
* WHEN...Until 1030 PM EDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 429 PM EDT, Nolichucky River remains very high which will
cause flooding of low lying areas along the flood plain.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
