Water begins to approach homes on Cowart Circle and Bird Hall Road. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:15 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 149.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tomorrow morning to a crest of 154.1 feet early Monday morning.
