Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Flint River at US 19 near Carsonville. * WHEN...Until late Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 25 feet, Moderate flooding begins. Access Road to boat ramp and parking lot to boat ramp flood.
