Description:
* WHAT...Flooding continues following heavy rainfall before and
during Tropical Storm Helene.
* WHERE...A portion of upstate South Carolina, including the
following county, Laurens.
* WHEN...Until 530 AM EDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1016 PM EDT, gauge reports indicated the Enoree River near
Woodruff remained at flood stage. Parts of Beaverdam Church
Rd have likely flooded, along with Kilgore Bridge Road,
which crosses the Enoree. The river is receding but will take
until at least Saturday evening to drop below flood stage.

Fountain Inn, Gray Court, Ora and Enoree.

NWSGSP. Your message should describe the specific location where
impacts occurred and the depth of flooding observed.
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
