For the Flint River Basin...including Carsonville...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Flint River at US 19 near Carsonville. * WHEN...Until late Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Moderate flooding begins. Access Road to boat ramp and parking lot to boat ramp flood. In addition... flooding of most of the land at the bend of the river upstream develops. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:45 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 24.4 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 4:45 AM EDT Sunday was 27.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 25.0 feet this morning.
