* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of northwest California, including the following county, southwestern Mendocino. * WHEN...Until 500 AM PST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 756 PM PST, Flooding is ongoing with water from the Garcia River flooding Hwy 1 just north of Point Arena. Between 4 and 8 inches of rain have fallen. The water is expected to slowly come down overnight. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
