At 1215 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Pigeon Forge, or near Gatlinburg, moving northeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Sevierville, Newport, Gatlinburg, Dandridge, Pigeon Forge, Smoky
Mountains-Big Creek, Pittman Center, Bird Crossing, Fairgarden, and
Wears Valley.
