SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Sneedville, Jonesville, New Tazewell, Tazewell, Harrogate, Springdale, Lone Mountain, Howard Quarter, Evanston, and Arthur.
