At 238 PM CST, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong thunderstorms extending from over Ida to 5 miles northwest of Tenaha, or extending from 15 miles southeast of Atlanta to 11 miles south of Carthage, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Shreveport, Bossier City, Carthage, Springhill, Mansfield, Vivian, Haughton, Greenwood, Blanchard, Waskom, Benton, Stonewall, Logansport, Cullen, Tenaha, Plain Dealing, Cotton Valley, Oil City, Sarepta and Joaquin.
