At 430 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Brookdale, moving northwest at 65 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.

Orangeburg, Brookdale, St. Matthews, Claflin College, and South
Carolina State University around 435 AM EDT.
Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include
Wilkinson Heights, Yonder Field, Prince of Orange Mall, and Cameron.
