* At 513 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 7 miles northwest of Summerton, or 13 miles west of
Manning, moving north at 60 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
