* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, strong southerlies ahead of the cold front will support 15 to 25 mph winds with gusts up to 45 mph before turning northwesterly between 15-25 mph and gusts between 35-40 mph. For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 26 expected. * WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Arkansas, southeast Oklahoma, and northeast Texas. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 7 PM CDT Monday. For the Freeze Warning, from midnight tonight to 9 AM CDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
