shifting to southwest this afternoon.
* WHERE...Central Siskiyou County, including the southern and
central Shasta Valley in Siskiyou County, including Weed, Gazelle,
Grenada, Montague and portions of the Interstate 5 corridor.
* WHEN...From 7 AM this morning to 5 PM PDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few
power outages may result.
