* WHAT...Northeast winds 15 to 30 mph with gusts 35 to 50 mph expected. * WHERE...Orange County Inland Areas, San Bernardino County Mountains, San Bernardino and Riverside County Valleys-The Inland Empire, San Gorgonio Pass near Banning, and Santa Ana Mountains and Foothills. * WHEN...Until 1 PM PDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds through Saturday will be on the foothills of the San Bernardino mountains through the Cajon Pass and below the San Gorgonio Pass into the Inland Empire.
