Trout River, and Western Duval Counties. In Georgia, Coastal
Camden and Coastal Glynn Counties.
* WHEN...From 9 AM this morning to midnight EDT tonight.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
