Culdesac, Winchester, Lewiston Grade, Gifford, Peck, and Lewiston.
* WHEN...From 8 PM Wednesday to 11 AM PDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
