mph expected. Strongest winds occurring between 8 PM to 5 AM.
* WHERE...Culdesac, Peck, Craigmont, Lewiston, Winchester, Nezperce,
Kamiah, Soldiers Meadow Road, Lewiston Grade, Lapwai, and Gifford.
* WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 11 AM PDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
