mph expected. Strongest winds occurring between 8 PM to 5 AM.
* WHERE...Peck, Lewiston Grade, Gifford, Craigmont, Soldiers Meadow
Road, Culdesac, Kamiah, Nezperce, Lewiston, Winchester, and Lapwai.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM PDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
