Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Difficult travel conditions, especially for high profile vehicles. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds this afternoon will result in blowing dust in the Moses Lake Area that will include the segment of Interstate 90 between George and Moses Lake.
