* WHERE...Portions of North Idaho and Central, East Central, North
Central, Northeast, and Southeast Washington.
* WHEN...Until 9 PM PDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Difficult travel conditions, especially for high profile vehicles.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds this afternoon will result in blowing
dust in the Moses Lake Area that will include the segment of
Interstate 90 between George and Moses Lake.
