* WHAT...Southwest winds will turn west at 25 to 30 mph during this
morning with gusts of 40 to 50 mph into mid afternoon.
* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, southeast, and west
central Illinois. The strongest winds will be this morning from
I-74 north with gusts over 50 mph possible.
* WHEN...Until 4 PM CDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
