west-northwest behind a cold front Sunday night. Sustained winds
of 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.
* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, southeast, and west
central Illinois.
* WHEN...From 10 AM Sunday to 7 AM CDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
