* WHAT...Northwest winds 25 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph
expected.
* WHERE...All of metro New Orleans, River Parishes, Bayou Parishes,
and coastal Louisiana in southeast Louisiana and inland portions
of coastal Mississippi.
* WHEN...From 4 AM to 7 PM CDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
