For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 27 possible. * WHERE...In Louisiana, Lower Tangipahoa, Southeast St. Tammany, Southern Livingston, and Southwestern St. Tammany Parishes. In Mississippi, Southern Hancock, Southern Harrison, and Southern Jackson Counties. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from 4 AM to 7 PM CDT Monday. For the Freeze Watch, from Monday evening through Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops and other sensitive vegetation.
