* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, northwest winds 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 30 expected. * WHERE...In Louisiana, Lower Tangipahoa, Southeastern and Southwestern St. Tammany, and Southern Livingston Parishes. In Mississippi, Southern Hancock, Southern Harrison, and Southern Jackson Counties. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 7 PM CDT this evening. For the Freeze Warning, from 1 AM to 9 AM CDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Frost and freeze conditions could damage crops, other sensitive vegetation - especially tender plants that have already started to bud and bloom.
