* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Northwest winds remain gusty over 40 mph in
some locations late this evening. Expect winds to gradually
decrease through the early morning hours.
