* WHAT...North winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected.
* WHERE...Curry County, Quay County, Roosevelt County, and Union
County.
* WHEN...From 2 AM to noon MDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs may be blown down. Expect strong crosswinds on area roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind gusts will be strongest along and just
behind the cold front early to mid this morning before gradually
tapering off late this morning.
