* WHAT...West winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected.
* WHERE...The Sacramento Mountains in southern New Mexico.
* WHEN...From noon to 7 PM MDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...THe strongest wind gusts will be across
exposed ridgelines. Minimum Relative Humidity values of 35 to 55
percent will mitigate fire weather concerns.
