* WHAT...East to northeast winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55
mph expected.
* WHERE...In New Mexico, Otero Mesa. In Texas, Eastern/Central El
Paso County, Northern Hudspeth Highlands/Hueco Mountains, Rio
Grande Valley of Eastern El Paso/Western Hudspeth Counties, Salt
Basin, and Western El Paso County.
* WHEN...From 6 AM to 6 PM MDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds will be over the western
slopes of the Franklins, Huecos and the southeastern corner of
Otero county.

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
