* WHAT...Southwest winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected. * WHERE...The Lake George-Saratoga region, Greater Capital District, Helderbergs, and eastern Catskills in New York. * WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 11 AM EDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...South to southwest winds will strengthen this afternoon into this evening before a potent cold front sweeps through the region tonight resulting in winds to switch to the west. Wind gusts tonight through Tuesday morning can peak up to 45 mph.
