* WHAT...West winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected.
* WHERE...Portions of central New York and northeast Pennsylvania.
* WHEN...From 5 AM to 2 PM EDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong westerly winds will develop late
tonight behind a strong cold front pushing through the region.
Gusty southerly winds are expected this afternoon into the
overnight hours, but advisory criteria is not expected to be met.
Instruction:
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
