* WHAT...South winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. * WHERE...Portions of northern New York and northwest Vermont. * WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to 8 AM EDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds are expected between 11 PM and 6 AM. Localized stronger winds up to 55 MPH are possible in far northern Grand Isle County, northeastern Clinton County, and the northern foothills of the Adirondacks.
