Tree limbs could be blown down resulting in isolated to scattered power outages. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds will be primarily in northeastern portions of New York, in the vicinity of Lake Champlain, and far northern Vermont through this morning, gradually weakening between 5 and 7 AM today.
