expected.
* WHERE...Forest, Jefferson PA, Mercer, Venango, and Clarion
Counties.
* WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to 8 AM EDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
