* WHAT...Southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.
* WHERE...Buffalo, Hand, Hyde, Lyman, and Spink Counties.
* WHEN...Until 4 PM CDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few
power outages may result. Gusty winds may also cause blowing dust
to occasionally reduce visibility, especially near open fields.
