Description:
* WHAT...North winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected.
* WHERE...A portion of the Panhandle of Texas.
* WHEN...From 4 AM to 4 PM CDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A brief period of much stronger gusts remain
possible during the initial arrival of the cold front. The advised
areas could experience rouge wind gusts that can reach speeds of
60 mph upon its arrival.
