mph. Winds will turn west between 6 and 9 PM this evening.
* WHERE...Central Virginia Blue Ridge and Northern Virginia Blue

* WHEN...Until 2 AM EDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
