* WHAT...Southwesterly becoming westerly winds 20 to 30 mph with
gusts up to 50 mph expected.
* WHERE...Grays Harbor County Coast and Northern Washington Coast.
* WHEN...From 6 PM Wednesday to 6 AM PDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Southwesterly winds will be strongest along
the coast between 6PM and 9PM Wednesday.
