* WHERE...Creston, Badger Mountain Road, Coulee City, Ritzville,
Waterville, Harrington, Odessa, Mansfield, Grand Coulee, and
Wilbur.
* WHEN...From 8 AM this morning to 5 PM PDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Any fire starts could spread rapidly in dry
grasses and brush.
