Description:
* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations between 3 and 5
inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...Alger, Luce, and Northern Schoolcraft Counties.
* WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions will impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...After a lull in snowfall early this morning,
snow will become heavier again mid morning onward. Patchy blowing
snow is expected, especially near the lakeshore.
Instruction:
If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency. Prepare for possible power
outages.
