A SAFE Alert has been issued for Phoenix Police Department. This is the Arizona Department of Public Safety. The Phoenix Police Department is looking for Hispanic male, Mark Mendez, 63 years old, 5 foot 8 inches, 170 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, gray shorts, and blue Converse high-top shoes. Mark was last seen on foot in the area of North 81st Avenue and West Pierson Street. He suffers from a medical condition which may cause him to become confused and easily lost.<br />
