Description:<br />
* WHAT...Mixed precipitation changing to snow expected. Total snow<br />
accumulations between 2 and 4 inches and ice accumulations around<br />
a light glaze. Locally higher snowfall amounts are possible near<br />
the ridgetops and higher windward slopes. Winds gusting as high as<br />
50 mph.
* WHERE...Northwest Pocahontas, Northwest Randolph, Southeast<br />
Randolph, Southeast Webster, and Southeast Nicholas Counties.
