Florida Extreme Tornado Warning | Effective 06/18/2026 17:48
At 747 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado<br />
was located 12 miles southwest of Bratt, or 15 miles south of Atmore,<br />
moving east at 45 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without<br />
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage<br />
to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is<br />
likely.
This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of<br />
northwestern Escambia County.<br />
