Description: 
At 139 PM CDT, emergency management reported thunderstorms producing very heavy rainfall which is leading to flash flooding in Saraland, Satsuma, and Creola. Between 6 and 9 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Emergency management reported. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Saraland, Satsuma, Creola, Axis, Mount Vernon, Movico, Salco, Barry Village, Bucks, Chastang, Hatters, Pennsylvania, Fort Stoddard, Celeste, Vaughn, Mackies, Latham and Oak Grove.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
