* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of southeast Alabama, southwest Georgia, the
Florida Panhandle, and the far western Florida Big Bend.
* WHEN...Through late tonight.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Widespread rainfall totals of 2 to 3 inches are likely, but
localized high-end totals of 6 to 8 inches are possible.
Recent heavy rainfall over the last few days have saturated
the soils, making the area more susceptible to flash
flooding.
