At 511 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7 miles east of Brantley, or 9 miles north of Elba, moving east at 55 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Fort Rucker, Lee, Pine Level, Java, Chestnut Grove, Mixons Crossroads, Victoria, Frisco, Eanon, Wilkinstown, Zoar, Lowry Mill, Newby, Camp Humming Hills, Roeton, Wise Mill, Tabernacle, Clowers Crossroads, Arcus, and Bluff Spring.
