At 1201 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Section, or 8 miles south of Scottsboro, moving northeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Scottsboro, Hollywood, Section, Pisgah, Dutton, Langston, and
Martintown.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
